Sip and Cook: Pasta

Join us in the Above the Rush kitchen as we make pasta and pesto from scratch with our winemaking family using our wines, olive oils and fresh, local ingredients. We will make pasta together, and make three different delicious and unique sauces: Ryan’s Albariño Alfredo, Syrah Tomato, and Aloria Orchards EVOO Pesto.
Your $30 ticket includes:
All materials, recipe and instructions for making homemade pasta, Ryan’s Abariño Alfredo Sauce, a Syrah Tomato, and a fresh green pesto utilizing fresh in-season greens (TBD) and our Aloria EVOO with enough to enjoy in class and a sample or two to take home.
Sip through the paired wines (equals about 1-2 glasses) while we cook. And samples of each sauces to take home.
