General Shipping Information
We try to ship next business day. Please double check your shipping address, email and contact phone so our carriers can reach you to arrange delivery.
Most wine carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so expect weekday deliveries. If being home during the day to accept shipments is difficult, please consider shipping to a work address.
We have wine shipping boxes in 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 counts. To minimize shipping costs and waste, please try and order in these quantities.
2 Bottle minimum on shipped wine orders.
Wine Shipping Details
We only ship to US addresses, and cannot ship to AL*,IL,MS,ND,NH,NY,TX,UT,VA and WI.
*To Alabama, we can ship c/o your local ABC store.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. The US Post Office does not accept packages containing alcohol.
All shipments must be signed for in person by an adult over 21.
We ship next day delivery through GLS (General Logistical Services) throughout the West, covering the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. They provide fast service at competitive prices.
- The Nevada service area includes the metropolitan areas of Reno and Las Vegas.
- The Arizona service area includes the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff.
Outside this delivery area, or if you prefer UPS or FedEx 3 to 5 day ground we ship through a third party company Amador Shipping at higher cost. Alaska and Hawaii have higher shipping costs. We may contact you after you place your order to discuss billing for higher shipping costs if our online estimate is in error.
If you are in our Western States shipping area larger bottle counts are more economical to ship.
GLS is very friendly to wine shipping and has a flat fee plus small add on for weight structure. Shipping 3 or 12 bottles only differs by a few dollars, this is how we can charge a flat $15 per package. UPS and FedEx increase proportionally with weight.
General Merchandise Shipping Details
General merchandise, t-shirts, glasses, corkscrews, etc will be shipped USPS Priority Mail separately if necessary.
Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers refer to west coast/GLS (economy) shipping rates. Other services or shipping outside this area are discounted by the economy rate ($15 off for example). Our free shipping club provides free shipping regardless of area for an annual subscription.
