General Shipping Information
We try to ship next business day. Please double check your shipping address, email and contact phone so our carriers can reach you to arrange delivery.
Most wine carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so expect weekday deliveries. If being home during the day to accept shipments is difficult, please consider shipping to a work address.
We have wine shipping boxes in 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 counts. To minimize shipping costs and waste, please try and order in these quantities.
2 Bottle minimum on shipped wine orders.
Wine Shipping Details
We only ship to US addresses, and cannot ship to MI,MS,UT.
For shipments outside of California we use a 3rd party partner: VinoShipper. Payment and ordering will go through their ecommerce site. When ordering please be sure and start at our wine shipping map to select the destination state so order can be routed appropriately.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. The US Post Office does not accept packages containing alcohol.
All shipments must be signed for in person by an adult over 21.
We ship wine with UPS and GLS (General Logistical Services).
General Merchandise Shipping Details
General merchandise, t-shirts, glasses, corkscrews, etc will be shipped USPS Priority Mail separately if necessary.
Reduced Shipping Offers
Flat Rate shipping offers refer to west coast (economy) shipping rates. Other services or shipping outside this area are discounted by the economy rate ($20 off for example). Our included shipping club provides no cost shipping regardless of area for an annual subscription.
Wine Shipping Rates
Rates are based on bottle count and destination but range from $20-$50 per package. Exact shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or shipped in error. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment if you asked us to ship in spite of the weather forecast, or wine that is ordered in error. We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition.
You may cancel general merchandise orders prior to fulfillment, generally 24 hours after order was placed on shipped product, or up until the time picked up in our Tasting Room. Wine or Wine Club orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been billed. Please check notification emails and make adjustments prior to billing date.
